Demands for next year course

I would like you to write your training activities for next year.I would like you to think about courses, seminars or training activities to work in your school and with other English teachers working in other schools.
The idea is to satisfy you as much as possible, to share the knowledge among English teachers both primary and secundary,to plan them in advance, sequence them and surely enjoy and have some fun as well.Learning and improving has to be done in a friendly , confident and enjoyable environment.
Hope to receive new ideas from the ones we have been working in the last three years.
